He has been a licensed broker for 45 years. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce and the Country Club of Waterbury. His experience is as a Real Estate Developer with expertise in the field of commercial and large scale residential (both multi-family and upscale single family) land developments. Norman S. Drubner - Founder, Retired Mr. Drubner founded the original Drubner Industrials Real Estate firm in 1980.
